  • You are legally registered in your country of operation as a non-profit
  • You are not an International NGO nor are you an affiliation of an international NGO (e.g. Save the Children Philippines)
  • You are based in a Low or Middle Income Country
  • The focus of your work in your country is national or sub-national
  • Your governing body that makes strategy and operational decisions is mainly based in your country of operation
